制作の流れ -How they are made-

１．各国の型紙を作成
Create pattern for each country





２．生地を裁断
Cut fabric

３．国旗のデザイン通りに縫う
Sew according to the design of each country’s flag

４．両者接着の中綿を貼り付ける
Insert a cotton filling that attaches to both sides

５．難しいデザインの国旗は布プリントでコピーする
For particularly detailed flags, print a copy of the design

６．日本側の日の丸に縁起物の刺繍をする
Stich a special talisman into the circle of the Japanese flag

７．全て縫い合わせてロゴ 付属品を付ける
Sew pieces together, attaching a logo or any accessory parts

８．アイロンをかけて完成
Iron and complete
